We’ve made the difficult decision to begin winding down our Showing Suite service. Effective July 24, Showing Suite will no longer be accessible.

Existing users may continue to use the service until July 24.

We’ll be offering you the opportunity to migrate to the ShowingTime Appointment Center, so you can continue delivering great service to your clients along with enjoying a host of new benefits.

We’ll also be offering multiple opportunities to learn how Showing Suite users can transition to the ShowingTime Appointment Center as we approach the Showing Suite sunset date.

What happens to my account history?

You're free to download any reports through July 23rd, 2022 but there are no plans to export the data any other way.

Can I switch to ShowingTime now?

Yes. ShowingTime services are available for you today at prices similar to what you're paying for Showing Suite. For more information, visit our website.

Will your service do the same things I can do with Showing Suite?

While the services are similar, there are small differences. ShowingTime does not support requesting showing feedback based on information from a lockbox. If you have any questions, we encourage you to make use of the extensive training and reference material available by visiting our help site.

Is there training available on using ShowingTime?

Will I have to update everything if I switch to ShowingTime, or can my data be migrated?

We are not offering data migration so you will have to re-create any listing setups. We encourage you to use ShowingTime for your new listings and let your existing Showing Suite listings age out

As of April 1, you will be unable to add a new credit card or update your current card. Credit cards that are active won’t be impacted, so you can continue to pay as you have been until service is shut down on July 24.
